Hello there, my names Alex. I live in Droitwich Spa with my wife Lizzie and our two children Freddie & Amber.
Taking photos has always been part of my everyday life, they could be shot using my DSLR or one of my many film cameras or even on my phone, I've always loved to take pictures and can't remember leaving the house without picking up a camera of sorts.
Things I LOVE - my kids & my wife, coffee, my film cameras, photography (of course), my iMac, gym sessions, country pub lunches, real ale. I LOVE riding my bike (more hills the better), crisp early morning country walks, electronic music, playing the drums, lazy sunny summer days, quality family time, developing my own film, traveling, big cities, british seaside towns and beaches.
Photography isn't just a job to me its also my passion. When I'm not photographing weddings, I like to shoot a lot of personal work which normally involves a film camera and my daughter Amber. This really inspires me and my creativity in documenting precious moments.
My focus is on capturing subjects, preferably in natural light and documenting the day as it unfolds with beautiful, natural and honest images that you will cherish for the rest of your married lives.
My approach to photographing your wedding day is to be as discreet as possible. I like to mingle with the guests at the reception so I can catch those joyous, candid and authentic moments unobtrusively.
